Traditional Stuffed Peppers

As I described in my introductory text, we love traditional Hungarian cuisine, and this is a good example of this dish, which I think is a favorite of the male.


ingredients / 4 servings

10 pieces of paprika (chubby) 50 dkg minced pork15 dkg rice1 medium head onion400 g condensed tomato salt to taste1 ec sugar (to taste) pepper to taste (ground) paprika to taste2 ek sunflower oil1.5 tablespoons fine flour (delicious)



what and how? preparation

The peppers are cleaned from seedlings. It's an easier way to push the stalk inward, and then we can remove the gum with one move, without the knife. Red onion with a little oil. The ingredients of the stuffing (rice, minced meat, onion and spices) are mixed together, and the peppers are loosely filled to make the place for the rice. Place the cut ends of the peppers on the bottom of the pot / saucepan and put the stuffed peppers in it. with a little oil and flour, we make a bun-like scramble to which we add the tomato paste, salt it, sugar it, thaw it with water and pour into the peppers. Add so much water to cover the peppers. Simmer under the lid.
