Brasso steak with turkey breast

I like turkey meat better than pork, but I love brassas and vegetables. This kind is much faster than the original.

ingredients / 4 servings

50 dkg turkey breast 60 dkg potato 20 dkg green peas 2 medium tomato (or 1 tb dried) 1 medium pc pepper (or half a bell pepper) 2 medium head onion 3 clove garlic 4 t sunflower oil oil to taste pepper to taste marjoram to taste spicy paprika to taste parsley to taste



preparation

Add the crushed peppers and garlic, and cook them on small cubes, sprinkle them on the base. Spice the meat with the exception of green spices: salt, pepper, ground paprika, marjoram ... Add the dried tomatoes or tomato. If it is a normal tomato, then we sprinkle it before, peel the peel and cut the green part on top. If the meat is white, the (myrrh) green peas can come. If there is not enough juice under it, half-pour it with water and simmer under cover. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes. Fry in oil, salt, and drain well. 5 minutes before cooking, add the spices to the meat, eg. the parsley. Remove the lid from the meat and cook until the water evaporates. If the meat is ready, add the potatoes and mix gently.
