My Grandma made very oft with self made hot chocholate sause - was superjammy!

ingredients / 8 servings 1 liter of milk 1 dl of water 25 dkg of rice 2 ek sugar 3 packs of vanilla sugar 0.5 packs of baking powder 5 eggs


preparation

The milk and water are poured into a saucepan, rice, sugar and vanilla sugar are added. Cook and cool. Eggs are split. Mix the yolk in the cooled rice with the baking powder. Protein is hardened and mixed gently. Let's get a bigger baking pan, flour and pour it. Bake on medium heat for 35-40 minutes.
