ingredients / 6 servings 60 dkg of fine flour 3 eggs 175 g of sour cream 25 dkg margarine 4 pieces of salt 1 teaspoon of sugar 5 dkg of yeast 5 dkg of cheese (grated) 1 egg (for lubrication)
preparation
The flour is poured into a large bowl, adding sugar, salt and eggs. The margarine and sour cream in the microwave are heated to room temperature and the yeast is incorporated into the sour cream. Then we add everything to the flour. Tumble and allow to rise for approx. 1-2 hours. After resting, we folded out a few times afterwards. 2 fingers thick and scrape. Sprinkle top with egg and sprinkle cheese on it. In preheated oven approx. Bake in 15 minutes.
