Stuffed Mushroom Heads

With fine chees, it is possible a vegetarian versio and as well with meet - and, lot´s of fine chees!
PREPARATION
The potatoes are cooked in shell. Meanwhile, the onion is risky and the garlic is finely cut. The onion cube is evaporated to a glass of oil. Add the minced meat and stirring until bleaching. We rotate it with the tomato purée, get it a little, then pour a big stroke with red wine. Season with garlic and rosemary to taste, finally boil and salt, pepper.
Peel the filtered potatoes and break them even hot. Mix with milk, butter and parmesan, then salt, pepper. The ruined mushrooms are broken. The hats are filled with the mascara mass and we pick the potato puree. Finally, the filled mushroom heads are baked in the middle of the 200-degree preheated oven for approx. in 10 minutes.
You’ll be having the most fine experiment with the vegetables, and we may prepear also with meet - beef - chicken - or even pig.
